Filtrete MPR 1900 Premium Allergen, Bacteria & Virus Air Filters

The 3M Filtrete™ MPR 1900 Premium Allergen, Bacteria & Virus Air Filters, for furnace, HVAC or central heating and cooling system, is a high-efficiency, pleated filter that captures 93% of large airborne particles, like pollen, mold spores and dust mite debris. This filter similarly traps smaller particles that can carry odors, pet dander, bacteria and viruses. The Ultimate Allergen filter carries a 3M Microparticulate Performance Rating of 1900 MPR (roughly equivalent to MERV 12).

This filter has also been Certified asthma & allergy friendly™ by the Asthma and Allergy Foundation as a more suitable choice for people with asthma and allergies. The filter uses mechanical filtration and electrostatically charged Filtrete fibers that act like tiny magnets to attract and capture small particles without restricting air flow, allowing a higher volume of clean air to pass through the filter. No competitor’s 1″ furnace filter performs better.
